Teen & Adolescent Therapy
Steady, relatable support for ages 12 and up — anxiety, depression, identity, and the things that are hard to say to a parent.
About Teen & Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence is a lot — academic pressure, friendships, identity, social media, family stress, and big feelings that don’t always have words yet. Our therapists work with teens and tweens ages 12 and up in a space that’s genuinely theirs: nonjudgmental, confidential within healthy and legal limits, and actually relatable. We help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, grief, trauma, and neurodivergence, and we partner with parents when it helps. Donavan Ross brings years of experience with adolescents in schools and the community, and several of our clinicians love working with this age group.

Frequently asked
What ages do you work with?
We see adolescents and teens ages 12 and up. For younger children or whole-family dynamics, our family counseling may be the better starting point — we’ll help you figure out which fits during a free consultation.
Will you tell my parents everything I say?
Teens need a space that feels safe to be honest. We keep what’s shared confidential within healthy, legal limits, and we’re clear with both teen and parent up front about how that works. Safety always comes first.
