Dr. McKenzie Decker is a Doctor of Nursing Practice board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine. With a decade of clinical experience spanning primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, and mental health, she brings a well-rounded, compassionate approach to patient care.
Having worked in diverse settings—from fast-paced ERs to rural family practices—she is skilled at quickly assessing complex health concerns while building meaningful, therapeutic relationships. She has a particular interest in integrative mental health with hormone optimization offering evidence-based counseling and medication management for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more.
